Shipping & Returns

We endeavor to keep the postage charges as low as we possibly can, however, we do have to take the packaging and traveling costs involved into the equation too, and would appreciate you reading the following information to help you in deciding which postage option is the right one for the order you are about to place.

For  orders up to value of £24.99  please opt for the postage rate of £2.85  

For all orders £25.00 and above in goods value please opt for postage LARGE LETTER of
For ANY orders that cost in excess of £5.50 to post/ship we will contact you to make the additional payment to meet the actual shipping cost + 50p


Please place your order online ~ when registering you can put in your address but it will show  UK as country of origin.  Once you have finished placing your order, at checkout please opt forCheque/Money Orderpayment method, and then we will forward you with a PAYPAL invoice in order for you to make payment.  This will include the actual shipping charges + 50p (to be sent via Air Mail)

Orders will be posted TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS and/or FRIDAY
However, where possible, we will try and post orders on the other days but cannot be guaranteed due to other commitments

Items Out of Stock at time of processing your order:
If this arises and any item/s are out of stock, a refund for the value of the item/s will be given via Paypal if this is how the order was paid for, or via cheque if payment was made by any other method

*Returns are only accepted within seven working days of the goods being received. A return number must be obtained from a2bCrafts before goods can be returned.

*The return address is A2B Crafts, Wheelspeed Unit 1, Cattle Market Street, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 9AW.

*All returns must be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and with the exception of items which are faulty all returns are at the customers expense.

*A refund will be issued within 28 days if the application is successful.

*No responsibility can be accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

*Goods that are not faulty cannot be accepted for return in the following circumstances: where the goods have already been opened and used; where the goods ordered have been personalized to the customers requirements; where the goods ordered can not be exchanged for hygiene reasons i.e. pierced earrings.

*It is the customers duty to return the goods in the condition in which they were received. All packaging must be complete. We reserve the right to make a restocking charge where goods are not returned in this condition or to reject the return.

*Failure to return the goods to the relevant address with the appropriate reference number will mean that a refund cannot be made. In the event that we have to recover the goods ourselves the cost of such recovery will be deducted from any refund issued.

*If upon receipt of the returned item/s we have any reason to believe the fault/damage was caused either in transit or after they left our premises a partial refund will be issued.
